NDDC Boss, Chief Samuel Ogbuku, leads Ayakoro community in praise and thanksgiving

As the year 2024 comes to a close, the Ayakoro community in Bayelsa State gathered for a Praise Night to thank God for His blessings and preservation.

Chief Samuel Ogbuku, Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), who led the community in a programme tagged ” Ayakoro Praise Night.” expressed gratitude for the achievements of the current administration.

According to him, the event was organized to appreciate God’s goodness and to celebrate the successes of the administration, particularly in the face of economic challenges.

“Mr. President was able to steer the ship around, and today the economy is turning around,” he said. “We need to give him our support and praise God for all the achievements of this administration.”

Chief Ogbuku also highlighted the impact of NDDC’s interventions in the Niger Delta region, noting that every community has felt the positive effects of the commission’s work, courtesy of Mr. President’s support.

“We are ready to ensure that we make Mr. President proud, to make the people of the Niger Delta proud, and the people of Nigeria proud,” he emphasized.

The Ayakoro Praise Night served as a platform for the community to come together and pray for Mr. President’s long life, good health, and wisdom to pilot the affairs of Nigeria, that and the community prayed for the President to be one of the best in Nigeria’s history.

As the NDDC continues to drive development in the Niger Delta region, Chief Ogbuku’s leadership and commitment to the community’s well-being are evident. The Ayakoro Praise Night was a testament to the power of gratitude and community spirit.

Ayakoro Praise Night featured top Nigerian gospel artists like Mercy Chinwo, Preye Odede, Sensational Bamidele, Meara etc who sang soul lifting praise and worship songs to end the year 2024 and to usher the community into the New Year.
