Barr. George Turnah, Chairman Caretaker Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Bayelsa State has approved the appointments of veteran Broadcast Journalist, Mr Munene Wilson as his Chief of Staff.
Also appointed is Mrs. Josephine Gbaregolo as Administrative Officer at the Party’s Secretariat.
Announcing the appointment of the duo, the Publicity Secretary of the Party, Derri Alasuote Wright said that the new Chief of Staff to the Party Chairman has over 25 years of experience in media strategy, adding that Mr Wilson is successful broadcaster.
The Statement reads: “Munene is a leadership performance consultant and has run for a seat in the House of Representatives twice.
“He will definitely utilize his extensive media and management expertise in his new role as Chief of Staff to the State’s Caretaker Committee Chairman of the Party.
“As an Administrative Officer, Mrs Gbaregolo will oversee the State’s Party Secretariat.
“She holds a BSc in Management and has dedicated more than 10 years to administrative roles within the Party’s State Secretariat, specifically in the office of the State Chairman.
“Mrs. Gbaregolo brings considerable experience in party administration and management to her new position.
“These appointments take effect immediately. Congratulations to both appointees”
