STREET Coordinator for Peace Across the Niger Delta and Third Phase beneficiary of the Presidential Amnesty Programme PAP, Gen. Abiri Stanley, a.k.a Faceless, has said an educational initiative to distribute excercise note books of 60 and 80 leaves to pupils and students in rural areas in the Niger Delta region would soon be launched.
This Stanley noted will be done in collaboration with other bodies to implement the distribution of the educational excercise note books that are set to impact on thousands of pupils and students in the region, saying that it would also bring relief to thousands of parents and guardians.
Gen. Abiri Stanley made this known in a statement signed by him and made available to newsmen in Yenagoa,
Bayelsa State capital, over the weekend.
According to him, the educational initiative is to support the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme PAP, High Chief (Dr.) Dennis Otuaro, on his bold transformative vision for the programme and also to set the tone for his laudable youths oriented educational projects in the region.
He said, ABIRIBOBO GLOBAL VENTURES, in collaboration with other bodies would facilitate the seamless distribution of the excercise note books across the Niger Delta region, stressing that the initiative is inline with the Amnesty transformation agenda.
Gen.Abiri maintained that. the pet initiative which is tagged ‘ Otuaro Educational Initiative “would add to the development of the educational sector and also would make significant impact on the lives of pupils and students across the region.
He also said: “we ‘ve nothing to offer than to support him through this token to what he is doing through the Amnesty programme.”
He emphasized that, Otuaro has recorded giant strides in the educational sector for beneficiaries, adding that he is poised to do more in the sector.
” Leadership is about rendering services, impact and compassion”, of which Otuaro is delivery on the mandate, said the ex-agitator.
