The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), High Chief, (Dr.) Dennis Burutu Otuaro, has been commended for his magniminity and philanthropic role in the transformation of youths in the Niger Delta region.
This was stated by the National leader of the Third Phase of PAP, Gen.Preye Akpebidei, who represented the Dr. Dennis Otuaro during a marriage ceremony of Gen. Stanley Abiri, alias Faceless, in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State capital.
According to him, Otuaro has succeeded in changing the narrative of lives of the youths in the region, by ensuring that every beneficiaries of the programme should grow and prosper.
He further emphasized that, marriage is an important institution of God, and implored the couple to live in peace and love each other.
Also, speaking the celebrant, Gen.Abiri, alias Faceless, expressed his gratitude to the PAP boss Otuaro for the fatherly role and support during the his marriage ceremony.
He said: ” On behalf of myself and family and the entire members of the Third Phase of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, we salute your leadership style and achievements just under two year of coming on board.
He assured Otuaro that the youths in the Niger Delta region would always give him the necessary support to sustain the peace and achieve his vision for PAP, and that they would not disappoint him.
Those in attendance during the colourful marriage ceremony includes, commissioner for Transport, Hon. Preye Broderick, community leaders, Chiefs, Bayelsa volunteers Chairman, High Chief Lucky Asanakpo, Deputy National Vice Chairman, Alhaji Lutugbene, former National leader of Third Phase, Sir Tony Bobo, South-South Elders Forum Chairman, Chief Adokeme.
Others are Gen.Elaye Slaboh, High Chief Sologu, among others.
